Very tentative and helpful when checking in. Delayed flight had us arriving the following morning and check in isn’t until 4pm. We were accommodated right away with no issues. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

The service was terrible. They didn’t have pool and outdoor restaurant service available due to them booking the hotel for a large party checking in the next day. The rooms even though they are nice don’t get all the way dark since there’s light coming from the around the windows even when the curtains closed
