The hotel is beautiful but before giving me access to the room they tried to sell me a timeshare. They took our bags and didn’t bring them to the room until later despite a long check in process. service was medium.

Truly a 5-star hotel, especially when it comes to service. Heads up: it’s 1 hour round trip to the main downtown area. And the food on site is comically expensive, with 15% automatically added to every bill.
