Everything was top notch! Would come back again. However, our flight was canceled at our layover so we arrived a day late. FYI they do not do refunds for travel issues. So we missed our first night with no reimbursement.

The staff was professional and friendly. The hotel was cute and the room was very nice, clean and comfy.

Location was great. Front desk service was great. But the room was awkwardly laid out — the door opened right into the wardrobe. Also the thermostat was broken and it took two repairmen two days to fix it and it was boiling hot. Also the “maids” did a dirty job of cleaning, leaving trash in the bathroom trash can and not putting things away.
