I expected the room by the elevator but not an accessible room with the mattress dang near on the floor. That was not cool and they said couldn’t change it because we booked with a third party site. I call that BS because the hotel assigns the rooms (maybe they’re corporate).

The staff were incredible! Even though they were experiencing some technical difficulties when I checked in, they still gave me all the info and were sweet about. The room is basic, but was cozy and I felt safe as a single female!
