OK for the price. I don’t like that the rooms have partially glass doors to the hallway, even though they’re frosted and have blinds it doesn’t feel as private or as quiet, the staff are lovely check-in can take a little while as there’s often a line even though there’s many kiosks… the rooms are fine as a crash pad…..

Room was awful even for NYC standards. No table - had to work and eat on the floor. Spotty wifi. Rooftop bar shook the building till 4am some nights. Door to the hallway had a window in it. Room size was a shoebox.
