My only issue is the sink not being big enough & parking is so expensive but the parking system is efficient. I loved my stay here & my view & the staff was really cool. Parking costs a lot Dtla. You might’ve well enjoy the valet. You’re near a lot staying here tho !

If a hotel can’t answer the phone at the front desk when called upon and it’s an emergency situation….. that’s not good..!! Rooms are noisy and the emergency extension is unmanned with a computer unable to comprehend or address an emergency situation…!!
