The Customer Service was Absolutely Awful & Terrible @ this Venue. It’s clearly the Attitude in Detroit, Michigan and we understand this. It’s difficult to hire good employees in Detroit given their Attitude & sense of entitlement. What a Sad town!

Super clean - I bring my own cleaner because I used to travel for work a lot. I prefer to give a room a wipe down myself. This was a clean room. A little scuffed in areas, but nothing major. The bathrooms are amazing - a tub that came up to almost my shoulder. The shower was also large.
