Room was good, but the heating system would not switch to cool until it was unbearable. engineering showed up to fix it, but it was late at night and affected my sleep

Great location. Ten minute walk to park. Subway nearby. Great. People were very nice. Room fine. Small. I had a room that overlooked the alley next door so there was no natural light of any kind and it was very claustrophobic. Not fault of hotel but I could not have done another night and I am betting most rooms had no view

BED BUGS. Please don’t book here. My boyfriend and I woke up with bites on our faces and hands. When we reported to front desk she understood but didn’t really seem care… please again don’t book here. Been itchy since we left. I want a full refund back. You’d think they would have immediate resolution to the issue. Never again.
