So easily the best service I’ve gotten in NYC! Petra, William, the team at the bell desk, just unfailingly helpful, even as renovations really took over the hotel. Happily, completed by the time I checked out!

Room had great views and was totally fine. And location is good for downtown attractions. But the hotel lobby etc are halfway through a renovation/rebrand, and service was weirdly poor.
