Easy and reasonably quiet except when neighbors slam doors of course. The lights are a bit harsh in the rooms, but I wasn’t too picky about that. AC/heater unit was effective. Location is just over the Grapevine and close if you want to go shopping at the outlets. Black Bear Diner is right next door. Breakfast was hot and things were tidy.

The perfect place to stop in for a quick sleep in the middle of a long road trip. Rooms were very clean, updated bathroom, and best of all - free* continental breakfast. What more could you ask for at such a reasonable price?! No issues, would stay again if circumstances brought me back this way.

Honestly we booked a hotel only to have WiFi to run a zoom call while traveling. WiFi fully failed three times while using zoom and had to have front desk folks reset it. embarrassing. Solid and reliable WiFi is a given most places these days.. Otherwise a totally fine, affordable and good choice IF you don’t care about WiFi
