Check-in was easy, they gave me some great tips on things to do and getting around town, the room was spacious and clean, but had a foul smell (like crude oil) and I had to keep the windows open at all times, even overnight. The lobby also needs a reno- it felt dismal and low-end.

We loved the updated rooms although the bed was softer than we preferred. We didn’t make use of the kitchenette which had a microwave, fridge and two-burner stove along with ours, pans, plates and utensils. The luxurious bathrobes were an unexpected treat.

room has a bad odor (so bad I'm having a hard time sleeping) and the location is rough with all the homeless people outside. not sure if there's a better area to be in downtown or if the problem is widespread, but it doesn't feel safe to walk around.
