This is my third stay here. it is VERY clean an modern. Friendly staff, great location, pretty quiet considering Times Sq is tight outside!

Wayyy beyond expectations! The elevators are a challenge but somehow something that should be a spot to be avoided in principle (a themed “resort” in tourist mecca Times Square) has charm and excellent service. Rebooked without hesitation for a longer, upcoming stay!
