There were a lot of hidden fees- late check out, parking, early check in, nightly fee for the property and they didn’t have anything in their convenience store in the hotel.

The room and price were great. Location in downtown is good, need to understand your in DOWNTOWN & what comes with that. The valet and hotel service is NOT what it used to be…. The customer service aspect was lost..
