The front desk staff, and valet staff are exceptional and friendly. The rooms , beach, bar area and pool were luxurious ,chic and comfortable. I wish the spa was better staffed with more availability. Not one available appointment for days.

Multiple rooms had a/c issues which meant they were trying to shuffle people and rooms around. They ended up upgrading us to a better room but only after multiple trips back and forth with maintenance.
