The television was slow and annoying to change and could use an upgrade. Detailed information of guest expectations during severe weather/tornado sirens should be explained and/or available for everyone’s peace of mind. Otherwise, great stay. Thank you.

Luxe is not the right category for this hotel anymore. They’ve discontinued valet, onsite restaurants. It’s a little like a ghost town. Room was fine.
