room was very comfortable and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. The incidentals deposit is exorbitant compared to other hotels, so be prepared for that.

The housekeeper was shampooing carpets in front of my door at 8:30am and my check out time is 11am it was very loud and disturbing and rude. I want my refund back and another nite for free reimbursement to my account please and thank you very much this was very unpleasant stay not happy at all . Please make this right
