Would not give luggage cart and made us to call a bell hop to take to room and take down. You don’t have to tip but feels weird not to. Room does not allow you to go lower than 65 or 68. Can’t control to go lower.

it says pet free but it definitely allows pets there was a cat and a dog in the lounge area this morning when we were eating breakfast!!!
