Very nice hotel. Great room. Comfy beds. Service was subpar. I stood at the front desk for over 5 minutes to check in while the two lady’s continued to type on their computers while actively ignoring me. Seemed like they were inconvenienced by me. I was the only person there besides them. A breakfast sandwich was also $40 which is just insane.

Rooms are beautiful, front seat staff are always pleasant and friendly! The Kimpton is my favorite hotel in the Sacramento area!

Jenna at the front desk was wonderful. Definitely the best place to stay in Sacramento. It’s up to date, clean and comfortable. Location is prime. I’d definitely come back here in a heartbeat
