I do not understand why they have to keep a portion of the deposit for incidentals whenever none were purchased. that's the only negative I found. the lady the checkout was apathetic about my concern and blew it off.

Clean rooms, great food, the pool is a great spot to relax and watch sports. Pool staff was top notch !

The online portal erred on reservation would not offer any kind of consolation … had to pay again… charged no show fee… bad customer service
