The room was clean, modern and functional. The location was ideal, located near downtown Monterey. The check in was simple and the person who checked me in was professional welcoming and very polite. Very happy with my stay and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the Monterey area.

The room smelled terrible. The overall atmosphere was like a hospital room with a bleach smell. Did not spend the night.
