Super clean room. Very new place. Super clean bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was a little small but for the value, worth it.

Staff is friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Breakfast is above average and complimentary. On-site laundry for longer stays. Location is great with restaurants and Starbucks in parking lot walking distance. AZ 101 right around the corner.
