rooms were clean! we LOVED the bartender Mo. he clearly has a passion for his job and was very good at what he did. he really made our stay extra special and the Hyatt is lucky to have him. He is truely the definition of customer experience!

This hotel’s central location made it incredibly convenient to visit Macy’s, Broadway, Rockefeller Center, the Empire State Building, and so much more. The staff was attentive, room was clean, and the shower was fantastic. In addition, the free drink at the bar was appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

They had no availability after I booked this room. Sent me to another hotel in a different location and handled the situation poorly .
