This is our favorite place to stay in NYC! The service is great, staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are quiet and clean. Location is fantastic! This was our third time staying here! We love it and recommend to all our friends!

I really liked this hotel. Our room was really big with great amenities (fridge, microwave and dishwasher!). Front desk was friendly and helpful. WiFi was spotty so that’s my only negative. Would stay again!

The shower didn’t work so they had to change my room I got there late so I was tired and the process took super long and was a super inconvenience on top of charging 57 amenities fees.
