Hotel was fine. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff weren’t all that warm. Efficient but not welcoming. Lobby was rough looking. It was listed as a lux hotel. I would describe it more as a solid hotel. Nothing lux about it. No iron or bathrobe in rooms. Gym is a dark room in the basement.

Construction noise at night was not on the website so we could consider it, $57 resort fee was absurd, one elevator was out of service. The staff was lovely and did their best.
