Nice amenities and rooms are well designed. If you want a view, shoot for the upper half of the hotel (sixth floor looked into an abandoned apt building next door). Always build time into your plans for the elevator - it can take a while during peak times to access (only two elevators for whole building).

Very rude experience at check in. I was told there were no king room beds available. Was able to book a king room bed myself online and they eventually moved me after 2 hours of back and forth. I’ve never had an experience like this.
