Great small hotel in LES/Chinatown. Rooms were clean, well kept and the building has a proper lobby front desk. Would definitely stay again.

no hot water. zero. not even warm water. freezing cold shower in the winter. and the room is in the lobby, blasting music in the lobby early in the morning. night front desk guy was obnoxious too.
