Really cute hotel, but walls are paper thin. You can hear everything going on in the room you share a wall with, and everything in the common area by elevator. It’s different than street noise, which I am totally fine with, it’s like having other people in your room with you. Regardless, I would stay again!

Service and staff are great, but the water in our room was weirdly reversed (hot setting was cold, cold setting was hot).

no hot water. zero. not even warm water. freezing cold shower in the winter. and the room is in the lobby, blasting music in the lobby early in the morning. night front desk guy was obnoxious too.
