Nice hotel close to union square. Their game room is such a surprise! Room is on the smaller side but it still had a desk to work and an ergonomic chair. Only downside was that the room on top of me woke me up one night at 3:30am but otherwise had restful evenings.

The staff have all been wonderful. I originally booked 2 nights, upgraded into a suite, and ended up staying for 6 nights total. Absolutely wonderful spot. Maria is amazing!

Room was clean but located in what seemed like an annex of another building. Room amenities were pretty sparse (no drawers, etc). We stayed at this property before and this was a downgrade from last time.
