Great proximity to everything (including the free airport shuttle from Union Station). A quick Bev at their bar and live music each night was an excellent treat!

Claustrophobic hallways, tiny dark room, no option for upgrade. Worst hotel experience in Toronto (and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels).
