Had an aircon issue. They made a fuss of “upgrading” my room. It was just a higher floor but at least it was cooler.

The Leonardo Aldgate formerly Hotel Saint has only changed in name and has failed to upgrade any of the amenities in the room. There are no modern phone charging ports and their drainage systems are inefficient with wafts of sewage coming from the sink and shower drainage holes.
