Beautiful hotel, great room and really nice amenities — including a beautiful pool and nice gym. Unfortunately, downtown San Francisco is in a terrible state these days…not an appropriate area for children.

The hotel had a nice exterior and lobby and felt extremely safe. My room was very dark and did not have sufficient lighting for me to be able to work at the desk, even turning on every available light. I would likely not return.
