The staff, including the manager, were so lovely and caring. In a city full of questionable hotels, Nikko is a beacon of comfort.

Asked for a King bed. Said would charge $40 more, even though we are repeat customers, and had stayed with them earlier this month. Put us in a minuscule room. Bed was so close to the walls had to go in sideways. Registration man was rude and unapologetic. Parking is more expensive than other hotels around. Four Seasons, Ritz, etc.
