Great location! Hotel staff were wonderful from the time we arrived to assisting in us in getting to the cruise port. We would definitely stay again when in South Beach!

They charge PER AMAZON PACKAGE! TO HANDLE AND STORE IT. 45 minutes?! Amazon dictates how many boxes I get. Not me! The room they put us in, the view was a construction site, and we could literally hear other people across the hall having a normal conversation. There’s a grate on the door, so it’s like you’re in a terrible dorm
