Jennifer was fantastic, and was able to get us a nice view. We got married across the street a few years ago so I was beautiful to get to see our wedding venue from the hotel window.

I am extremely unhappy with this stay. The staff was so incredibly rude and the comforter had visible mold on and inside of it. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. On top of that we were guaranteed an upgrade with a bathtubs and view of the lake and we did t get either. Not even an apology from the staff. I am beyond upset.
