Hotel was in a perfect location , great coffee service every morning. Staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt at home and comfortable. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Waikiki.

Room smelled moldy and reception tried to charge me for the room even after showing them the receipt where I had already paid everything outside of the resort fee.
