Not only did they upgrade me to the best room with the best shower. The espresso machine was a great touch and the engineer Declan helped me out with issues within minutes. The location is unbeatable and it’s the reason I love staying at Arlo! Really made Chicago the best!

I stayed here because the photos showed gorgeous lake and city views from the rooms. But my window was about 8 feet away from an office building and all I could see was their cubicles.
