Great location for the area.
Walking distance to the beach 10-15 minutes in a nice safe neighborhood.
Grocery store, Italian food and donuts across street closes 10pm.
Coffee barista in lobby in the morning.

$30 for parking is crazy. No complementary breakfast was disappointing. My fault for not checking prior but I was in a time crunch to find a place. Though the room was nice and the staff was friendly I have to believe there's better value around the area
