The location was amazing with the ferry and a huge farmers market right across the street. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. And the room was surprisingly quiet even though it’s on a busy street. We will definitely be back here again!

For room 414: Horribly worn down bed. Pillows are so hard and thick your chin touches your chest when laying flat. Extreme fried food smell from restaurant below (or nearby). Outlet in bathroom was working, then it wasn’t. When the air was running and bathroom door closed there is a loud continuous rattle of the door.
