Beautiful hotel. Stunning magical and eccentric art everywhere. Even the ceiling and bathroom tile was impressive. Would definitely stay here again

This place is so cool - very comfy and nice in the midst of city chaos. Also, the rooms, while updated, still have early 20th century high ceilings, so every room feels much more spacious.

They didn’t have room ready. Said reservation kept on different computer. It took them 20 minutes to “build” the reservation while I waited at check in. Check in staff couldn’t care less about helping speed things along. Made it clear that HT guests are below 2nd class guests.
