Great location, easy to check-in and the bed is comfy. Near a ton of great spots to eat, but they also include a breakfast which was nice for grabbing a coffee.

Great locale for Venice. Staff were all nice. Rooms a little faded. Sheets and towels very cheap. Not bad but with a little updating and nicer linens it would be great.
