Small but clean. Breakfast nook downstairs but breakfast (and coffee) not included. Handy grocery store two blocks north and multiple restaurants, cafés within a 4 block walk. Not luxury but good value to save some Euros. Approx 12 min drive to the Lyon Part Dieu (main) train station. 3 blocks to the Rhône River. 7-8 blocks to the Saône River.
