The hotel inside was nice and super closer to Powell station. The room with two beds were a little cramped but the one bed room I received was bigger. If you’re a lite sleeper this hotel is not for you. The street below loud and it’s all day long but it’s the tenderloin. Other than that I would definitely be back for a simple one or two night.

Price was perfect! Location is something to consider if the tenderloin proximity scares you. Clearly doesn’t scare me, it’s literally on the corner or the entrance of the tenderloin so not immersed in it. Security is amazing. Walked from my car into the hotel and felt safe . Again- room was amazing and clean bar is poppin staff is lovely .

The staff was wonderful, the room was a good size, but the surrounding location meant noise all night. Also, I'm not sure if this is the case for every room, but the way that the ventilation is set up within the bathrooms results in hearing your hotel, neighbors's every word of every conversation, as if you're in the room with them.
