The room was great with a view of the outside the pillows word all that good but the bed was very comfortable the staff there was great. Had a wonderful time love the location close to everything Union Square Chinatown. You name it was there. Thank you very much for having us.

I stay in this hotel twice a month. Last night I was placed in the room next to the elevator and the noise from the up and down in the elevator was deafening. It was so bad, I left the hotel. If you chose to stay here, beware of the single rooms to the immediate right of the elevator.
