The hotel was exactly what I needed in terms of a nice, large, clean room. The area of town is a bit less than desirable at night so I wouldn’t walk out at night alone. My only complaint was the rooms and hallways don’t cut sound well so you could hear people coming and going.

It was great for the price. The bar across the street is a bit underwhelming. Went there to get some drinks and never was served. But the hotel itself was great and walking distance to many restaurants and bars

I checked in pretty late into the night (around 1am) and the check-in process was quick. The room itself was pretty big and the breakfast was an unexpected plus. This Homewood Suites is also around the corner from the light rail line, which can be useful for reaching some destinations beyond walking distance.
