The heater made so much noise and it went on whether the thermostat was on or off.

The room was very muggy. Carpet was moist and shower full of hair.

They charged a “destination fee” even tho the app says there would be none. The TV didn’t work. The lamp in the corner of the room didn’t work and the sconce next to the bed was missing so the room was on the dark side. There were no bath towels only hand towels.
