Pros:The location is convenient an room is nice size. Cons: free public park in front of hotel with homeless people & makes for a wild stay since you have to walk past them to get in hotel.

The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The location is not great if you have a room facing 8th Ave. It can be loud with street noise/sirens in the night.
