The staff entire staff was amazing. I had a problem with my fridge but called down and within minutes they were getting me a new one. Everyone was professional and the price was right.

the rooms did not have well insulated walls and doors. normal talking and conversations were easily heard. On the other hand, the staff was nice and accommodating.
