Sparking is horrible and over a block away of which you have to pay separate and haul your luggage almost 2 blocks

When I arrived, the hotel told me they were overbooked and sent me to a different Holiday Inn. Furthermore, the receptionist simply refused to apologize for the inconvenience this caused. The entire experience was just awful.
