At 3am our electricity went out and they moved us to another room in the middle of the night as we had no AC. As an Honors reward member they gave us a late check-out of 2pm because we cannot be to our port before 4 am. I get back and now they’re saying we have to leave at noon? I want to be compensated for this stay!
