My overall experience was great easy check in, room service was great, but the one area of improvement is valet the specifically the QR process was horrible after requesting I waited for about 45 mins given the amount of traffic checking out or simply getting their car was a mess and some level of process improvements are needed.

AC was broken , our room was 78 degrees all night (had it set to 66). Didn’t sleep at all. Hotel staff was great.
