The rooms are dingy and gross. The air is not working. We booked through a 3rd party and they treated us poorly because of it. I’m an Honors member but they wouldn’t give me points even though they are still getting my money. They gave meal coupons for the mall but didn’t give us one. Valet parking is $55 a night no other choice to park.
