They were overbooked due to some events in the area but the lady at the desk was super awesome and made sure I got a room. She even went to check to see if it was cleaned herself before checking me in. All the staff was nice great clean hotel will stay there again

The hotel was great. The room was comfortable and spacious. The check-in, however left a lot to be desired. The person at the desk was not welcoming or friendly. My husband asked how she was. Her response was, “I’m here.” That’s not an acceptable way to greet patrons.

Hotel tonight booked the wrong hotel / luckily Nikki manager at the front desk was able to fix the problem but we were double charged and had to call hotel tonight to fix / otherwise the room was perfect!
