The front desk attendant named Gianna was absolutely the best host... super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Even brought extra pillows for my son. I thought she was an outstanding person to put at the front of your hotel.

Echo at the front desk was great even at 1 am when we were checking in. Our air bnb cancelled our reservation and we had to check in last minute and she was kind and understanding. Room was basic but perfect for our trip. Breakfast was very good and coffee bar was nice and convenient.
